    Free creative workshops for children.

    Posted: 23 Mar 2013

Being a creative soul, I've always had a penchant for art shops but this one takes it to the next level. Well actually, the basement to be exact. Cass Art shops in London, offers free creative workshops and activities for children age 4+ on certain weekends and during school holiday's. Perfect if you and your little one's fancy a creative adventure!

Their exciting workshops are designed to inspire and ignite children's imaginations, with activities ranging from painting to modelling. As luck would have it, the day I popped in you could paint your own tea set - more food fun, perfect! These free craft activities are run by experienced staff and all the materials are provided. Leaving you to happily peruse the varying shades of cadmium red paint tubes with ease.

Throughout the school holidays, workshops are held at their Islington, Hampstead and Kensington stores. But I would recommend that you check their website for times and locations or subscribe to their newsletter to be kept informed of future events, so you don't miss out!

We happily spent a good few hours there and left with smiles all-round, so it's well worth the trip if you're in the area.
