Once upon a time, there was an allergy show...

Having been a frequent visitor of the Allergy + Free From Shows in the past, I've always enjoyed the vast array of tempting 'free from' goodies, as well as it being a great source of information, listening to experts share advice and picking up tips from live cooking workshops. But I've always felt 'shouldn't there be something for the children?'

So I can't even begin to put down in words how excited I am at having my own area at the Allergy + Free From Show this year, doing exactly that.

This year Allergy Adventures will be launching a fun (and educational) experience for children at the show. Over the weekend, I'll be holding several storytelling sessions featuring our new series of allergy books. Plus, all day children can join us for fun puzzles and craft activities, making their very own 'paper plate mates' with myself and friends on the stand. Although now, it's probably a good time to say... all children must be accompanied by a grown-up at all times in our activity area.

If your planning to come to the show, pop by and say 'hello' - we'll be on stand 99. You can download your free ticket to the show here.

    Event details:
    7-9th June
    National Hall, Olympia,
