Competition time for children with food allergies

    Posted: 08 Nov 2013

For the new arrival of the Allergy Adventures nut free storybook we've decided to run an extra special competition. Currently on the back of each storybook we feature a fun quote from a child that captures their thoughts on the new Allergy Adventures book series.

So, we're giving the chance for one lucky child to have their quote printed on the back of the new, soon to arrive nut free storybook. Their words will sit proudly next to Dr Adam Fox's (consultant at one of Europe's largest specialist children's allergy centres, Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital), so they'll be in good company. ;)

For inspiration here are the current quotes on the back of the dairy free, wheat and gluten free and egg free books:

"When I wake up, can we go on another adventure with Minoo tomorrow?"
Ines, Aged 5 - A circus act performer (when she grows up)

"I want to see what happens in all of the books to meet all of the allergy friends."
Reena, Aged 4 - Ballerina and restaurant owner (when she grows up)

"I love Didge because she makes me feel like I'm not the only one with allergies."
Edie, Aged 7 - A vet (when she grows up)

    Competition Rules
We'd like your child's thoughts on Allergy Adventures. A short quote no more than 20 words. You can either leave a comment below or send your entries to hello@allergyadventures.com with your child's first name, age and what they'd like to be when they grow up - spaceman, artist, chef, popstar or maybe even a mad inventor of weird and wonderful gadgets? Whatever they'd like to be, it'll raise smiles all round reading their aspirations. (I know when I was little I wanted to be a bus driver when I grew up?! Thankfully, Tony Hart and Morph soon captured my imagination and my path was set).

We will pick a winning quote that we feel best captures the excitement and sense of adventure when reading the books and announce the winning quote here, on Wednesday 27th November 2013. Competition is open to all children, not just those with a nut allergy.

    Entry deadline
Entries must be received by Monday 25th November 2013. Any entries submitted after this date will unfortunately not be included in the competition.

We can't wait to hear from you, best of luck!
