New Pancake Day recipe for kids – Freefrom Mini Pancake Kebabs!

    Posted: 06 Feb 2016

Don those aprons and grab your frying pans people because these pancakes might be mini but they're mighty good!

Enjoy whipping these bad boys up for Pancake Day (Tuesday 9th Feb 2016) which is only a few days away. And before 'panic mode' starts to set in, the good news is you probably already have these staple ingredients in your cupboards. So there's no need for that last minute dash to the shops to be greeted with empty shelves as the nation flips in unison.

Pancake Day can be tricky for those managing food allergies because pancakes are generally made using three top common allergens; milk, egg and wheat. But these little beauties are not only milk, egg, wheat and gluten-free, but soya, sesame and nut-free too.

To see the full written recipe click here, plus you'll find many more freefrom recipes for you and your little ones to enjoy! Or if you have a spare 1:47 seconds you can play the video above to watch how simple these little beauties are to make.

Have fun and enjoy coming up with your own creative combo kebabs!
